Privacy Policy
keepsaketasd is committed to handling your personal information with the same care we bring to every family record. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, and how you remain in control at every step.
1. Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to keepsaketasd ("we", "us", "our"), a family records organisation and succession education service located at 150 Klang Mueang Road, Muang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.
This policy governs personal data collected when you visit our website, complete our contact form, attend a session, or correspond with us by phone or email. It is written in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
By using our services or this website, you acknowledge you have read and understood this policy. If you have questions, please contact us at [email protected] before proceeding.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services and respond to your enquiries. This includes:
- Contact details: name, telephone number, and email address submitted through our contact form or provided during a session.
- Correspondence records: notes from telephone calls or email exchanges to help us follow up accurately.
- Session records: the type of service selected, dates of sessions, and any written summary shared with you after a session.
- Website analytics: anonymised data about pages visited, browser type, approximate location (country/city), and time on page, collected via Google Analytics.
- Cookie preferences: your consent choices stored locally in your browser.
We do not collect copies of your family documents, financial records, or any asset information. All documents remain in your possession at all times.
Legal basis for processing: consent (contact form submissions, cookies), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, improving the website), and contractual necessity (delivering the service you have booked).
Retention: contact and session records are kept for three years from the date of last contact and then securely deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google according to their own data retention settings (default 26 months).
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal information is used for the following purposes only:
- Responding to your enquiry and arranging sessions.
- Delivering the Records Tidy-Up Session, Estate Organisation Education, or Inventory, Archive & Wishes Programme you have requested.

We do not use your personal data for direct marketing unless you have explicitly requested to receive information from us, and you may withdraw that agreement at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
Third parties we work with: Google Analytics (website analytics, anonymised); Google Maps (map display, no personal data passed); our email hosting provider (message delivery only). Each of these parties processes data according to their own privacy policies.
